Moments with Dr Steve – Number Forty-five
AkelDeema the Saga – Number Eight
Moral Dissent
In this slug of Moments with Dr Steve, we address – moral discontent.
Moral discontent that then fosters – fosters and blooms – moral dissent.
What happens – and this is an internal – not an external rage – when your soul pushes back against the very nature of the work you perform?
What happens – and this is an internal hatred – not an external hatred – when your mind cannot tolerate – and in-fact – loathes the image it sees returning in the mirror that it faces?
What happens – and this is an internal discontent – not an external discontent – when your soul says – ‘Basta’! ‘No More’!
Moral Dissent
There are times when our lives and the life that we are living – and the way we are approaching our life – the only one we shall ever be given – simply cannot tolerate the skin or the setting or the attitudes or the approach – that we have subjected it to.
Moral Dissent
“…is then, that second – that moment – when our soul lament refuses to consent to the setting and atmosphere and attitude that we have subjected it to…”
Dr Madrid Castille
In AkelDeema the Saga – Volume One – Kingdom Builders – we are introduced to a character that found her life, the way she lived her life, the attitudes and approaches that created and sustained that life – to be – reprehensible.
When the soul dissents – oh my goodness!
-
Lives change – in an instant – in the twinkling of an eye
-
Lives vector – settings and people and jobs and careers are jettisoned
-
Lives disassemble – things that were ‘glue’ – lose their adhesive powers
-
Lives reorder – new people arrive, and new attitudes and approaches show up
-
Lives reclaimed – real life then becomes – possible
