Dr. Steve is married to his beautiful wife Kathy. They live in San Diego, California with their tiny dog, Baxter. Dr. Steve is a father to Katie and Kyle. He is the proud grampa to Nygel and Emersyn Grace. Dr. Steve is available for speaking and media engagements.

Billy has a MBA from University of Redlands (CA) and has done Theological studies at Talbot School of Theology, La Mirada, CA.
